Getting Started Is Easy

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. Our moves are all multi-joint movements which require some instruction, such as squatting, deadlifts, jerks, kipping pullups and cleans. Technique is especially important due to the “high intensity” part of our program. CrossFit Basics will prepare you in advance for the moves you will perform on a regular basis, so you can really focus on your workout.

 CrossFit Basics

Our CrossFit Basics course is mandatory for any individual new to CrossFit who wants to train in our CrossFit group classes. CrossFit Basics meets for 5 classes over one week. You must be able to attend all 5 classes. Our CrossFit Basics Package includes the 5 Basics classes plus membership for the remainder of the month. The cost is $199.00.  Private Training

If you prefer to get started with CrossFit in a more intimate environment we offer 5 one-on-one CrossFit Basics sessions for $249.00. The sessions can be scheduled around your work or other commitments and will be a one-on-one type setting with instruction and a workout. Once the 5 sessions are completed you will be eligible to purchase a regular membership.

 

       Test Out 

If you are already an experienced CrossFitter joining us from another affiliate please contact us to discuss testing out of CrossFit Basics. You must specifically have CrossFit experience to be eligible for test out.
