    CFED WOD
    3 rounds of:
    90 second Row for distance in meters.
    90 second Front Squat for total pounds.
    90 second Pullups for max reps.
    90 second rest.

    Athletes may choose the weight for the front squat.  They should strategize to move the most weight in the time allotted. Post total distance/total pounds/ total pullups from all 3 rounds.

      Dear Scoreboard – my math skills were faulty this morning – I rowed 1098M rather than the 1298 that I said I did. A post-WOD cup of coffee improved my math skills dramatically.

      Suzanne, I was feeling GUILTY as heck this morning making you and Misti do 65lbs. GUILTY I tell you. You were cranking them out this morning and I’m so glad you did more this time vs last :)

      I am really glad I came in this morning, this head cold is much more manageable with some lingering endorphins. It was great to meet a bunch of new folks in the 630a group, hopefully I will motivate my lazy butt into seeing y’all more often!

      Can’t wait to try the new PM workout options this evening. I will attempt to make the 6 pm class by strategically moving my truck at 4:20 from the parking deck to a metered spot right outside the door. I may even exit via the stairs so i dont get caught leaving early waiting for the slow a$$ elevator. Crossfit is all about planning and stairs don’t scare me.
