CFED pm’ers: Just wanted to let you guys know today is my last day at CFED for a while.I had a great time being a part of this Crossfit Community and I will be back. I am sure by then CFED will be a zoo… because you will all be beasts!
CFED Trainers: You guys are awesome! Want to say thanks for the amazing coaching and programming. I have never been this strong and efficient.
