Vicente’s backsquat is legit.
Got an email from Bryan (B.Wah) last night. Check it out….
SUPERBOWL PARTY AT B.WAH’S
I’m hosting a Paleo Super bowl party this Sunday. All the food will be “paleo Diet” friendly. Meats, Sea food, Fruits, Nuts and Veggies. I’d ask that you please bring a paleo item to share with everyone. If your dish is more complicated than a bowl of nuts or a fruit platter then please bring your recipe so that I can compile a Food of The Paleo Super bowl Book to share with everyone. I will have a grill going so if you want to bring something to cook please feel free. Official Kickoff is listed as 6:20 so please arrive anytime after 4:00pm if you have a favorite beverage please bring with. I’llhave water & un-sweet tea. Please RSVP to Atlantatitan@gmail.com

B.Wah- how totally nice (and brave) of you to host a Paleo Superbowl Party! What a great idea!

Found an article/interactive thing about crossfit in the wall street journal…not a bad article considering its source. the newspaper runs a “workout” feature once a week, usually profiling some executive or ceo…the guy they profile this week is an ex-marine who was injured in iraq…he’s pretty inspiring. check it out at http://www.wsj.com/workout.

Yeah, what Brooke said!
Rosie, thanks for linking to that. Definitely inspiring. Wow.
The workout today was mag. Loved it!

Oh, blue band for me today, please.

The groundhog says 6 more weeks of winter. Oh, well. Spring soon enough I suppose.
Rosie, that’s funny. Megan sent me a link to the same video last night! That is a great video. Also, inspirational is Kyle who owns a CF affiliate in Suwanee called No Excuses Athletics. Definitely makes you think twice about saying “I can’t…”
Bryan, excited about Paleo Bowl ’10. I hope there’s bison and turkey, too!

Ring dips really slow this WOD down for me. One-at a-timin’-it there at the end.
February 2nd, 2010 at 2:22 pm
That was an amazing story. No excuses. Thanks Rosie.

Bailey – Same with me. I was flying through it, then once I reached the sets of 6 or 7 dips, I was one-at-a-timin’ it as well. The last four rounds took waaaay longer than I had hoped.

Trying to get there on time. Might be a few late.

Woohoo. Jumped on a 17″ box X10. Hector inspired me.

Sam – way to go!! I knew you could do it! Hooray for Paleo and inspiration!
