I have lost some weight…not quite enough to require new clothes yet, but still happy. This was the first week I ate paleo while at work. I work 7 nights in a row, 10 hour shifts, and not much else besides Crossfit 3 or 4 times and sleeping gets done on my week to work. I cooked alot of food last Sunday, but by Saturday, started running out of prepared stuff and fell off the Paleo wagon. Ummm, twice. So I know I have to get even more stuff ready next weekend. I’m still finding that I’m hungry a lot, though. Not enough fat? All-in-all, it’s not been as horrible as I thought it would be

Thanks Shana for “showing” me the rounded back in the display this am. Really makes it easy when you can actually see yourself displaying improper form!!!
Not sure about pounds lost due to the fact that the scale has been put on lock down but I did have to take the belt down to next hole!! Need to be more open to other veggies. Not having beans in the diet has been an adjustment.
