As much as the Bear crawls killed me, I still love how CrossFit delivers different, innovative ways to exercise. I never know what I’m going to be challenged to do next. I love it!

Following today’s topic down the Wikipedia rabbit hole lead me to the most adorable instance of wiki-stodginess: “From a distance, a hyrax could be mistaken for a very well-fed rabbit or guinea pig.[citation needed]“ Someone out there spent their time to remind folks that claiming a hyrax looks like a hefty guinea pig is useless without scientific backing. Awwwwwww.
