    I have a quick question with regards to the strength portion.  Does the 3 reps need to be consecutive without re-racking?

    The reps should be consecutive without dropping the weight to a resting position. Otherwise you would be doing singles or doubles and not triples.

    So sorry for the no show.  Got stuck at the doctors office with my youngest making sure he didnt have a broken hand…  Good news is he didnt… Bad news is that I didnt get to work out.   Will be back tomorrow!!!
