The push press / burpee combo is a nasty one!  What is your most dreaded mix of CF moves (don’t worry, I promise not to use it against you…) ??

    That Row/ Burpee combo from the 2010 SE regionals that we’ve done a couple times is pretty gross

    I was thinking this exact thing, @Ant_P:disqus . We all look like silly Fred Sanford impersonators when we head down the street after picking up the heavy deadlift for a few reps.

    I LOVE wallballs and back squats.  I will take this any day over sea lions.  Throw in some box jumps and I am a happy girl.
