    I’m signed up for 9:30 but I’m going to come at 8:30.

    I think JPU’s are a great metcon movement, and a good way to build calf muscles, but with good technique aren’t particularly difficult.

    An awesome exercise, they are.  They get really tough for me to sustain after a certain point without resting!

    Agreed – but on Thursday they were definitely rest for me from those darn wallballs!  Ha!
