Gritty. Inspired. Determined. Call it what you want, but Shana’s stellar performance at the Southeast Regionals has earned her a trip to the CrossFit Games in Carson, CA for a phenomenal 4th straight time. We heard lots of talk of Fortunato, Nasso, Gold and Bridgers leading up to the weekend, but Shana stomped on the naysayers and continued to prove that she is and should be considered one of the elite in CrossFit.
The excitement of the weekend glued many of us to our phones and computers, wearing out the refresh button as we sat on pins and needles following the progression WOD after WOD. Those lucky enough to be in attendance did a fantastic job of keeping the rest of us updated, providing photos, video and commentary to satiate our appetites. Want to feel inspired?
