CFED WOD
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes do:
1 Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
Start with a manageable weight and increase load if the set becomes too easy.

then…

On a 5 minute clock, working continuously, begin with:
1 Power Snatch (w:65/75 m:95/115)
10 M Sprint
then do 2 power snatches, 20M sprint, then 3… and so on, completing as many rungs as possible until time is up. There is no rest implied.

    Hey, everyone with kids in their life, take a look at http://www.crossfiteastdecatur.com/?p=10080.  We are having a Crossfit Kids organizational meeting next Tuesday.  If you have an interest in your kid participating, please come to the meeting.  Also, if you have any questions (like can we stretch the age limit a little in this direction or that, scheduling, etc.), I’d again encourage you to come to the meeting.

    Given this is the first go at a kids program at CFED, its important that everyone with an interest in seeing it succeed try to support this and to come to the parents’ meeting to show your interest and raise your questions.

    This was one of those days when I left the gym feeling really good about how it went… Lots of progress made, plenty of sweating, really challenging, etc.  Finally feeling more comfortable pulling deep under the bar, and more confident at the bottom of the OHS…  Thanks, Coach Lauren, for the cues, and thanks Uni for the awesome WOD!
