CrossFit Kids East Decatur

CrossFit East Decatur is gearing up to launch its brand new CrossFit Kids program … finally!! Each kids class will be led by at least two CrossFit Level 1/CrossFit Kids certified trainers. Class structure will run similar to the one our members are already familiar with: warm-up, mobility/stretching, instruction and technique, WOD, and a whole lotta fun. Enrollement is limited, and kids of CFED members will be given first priority. Below is some basic information everyone will want to know …. if you have questions, post below to comments so we can share the information with everyone.

- Ages: 7 – 11 years old
- Schedule: Tuesdays @ 4:30PM, Thursdays @ 4:30PM, Saturdays @ 10:30AM
- Length: classes last approximately 50 minutes.
- Dates: 8-Week Program, May 1 through June 23, 2012.
- Cost: $150
- Location: CFED
- Enrollment: Currently limited to children of active CFED members, capped at 15 participants.
